Mailbox Reports
In this section, mailbox type based, mailbox features based, mail flow settings based and mailbox settings based reports can be generated. All the generated reports can be saved as CSV, PDF, EXCEL, DOC and HTML files.
Mailbox - General Reports
General reports section provides the option to generate the reports such as all mailboxes, mailboxes hidden from exchange address list, loaded, excluded and disabled mailboxes.
Mailbox Features Based Reports
Mailbox features based reports provides the option to filter the outlook web app enabled/disabled, POP3 enabled/disabled, IMAP4 enabled/disabled, MAPI enabled/disabled and Active sync enabled/disabled mailboxes.
Mailbox Mail Flow Settings Based Reports
Mailbox mail flow settings based reports provides the option to filter the mailboxes by forwarding options, send and receive message size, recipients limit, accept and rejecting messages. Administrators can also filter the mailboxes that are accepting messages from particular senders and rejecting messages from particular senders.
Exchange Distribution Groups Reports
In this section, email delivery reports based groups, mail flow settings based groups, message moderation based and approval based groups reports can be generated. All the generated reports can be saved as CSV, PDF, EXCEL, DOC and HTML files.
Exchange Distribution Group - General Report
This section provides the option filter the distribution groups by out-of-office messages delivery and delivery based mail items. Distribution groups have send out of office messages to the originator option enabled or disabled have been easily filtered. Also, distribution groups that are configured the delivery options to groups/managed to message originator/do not send delivery reports have been filtered.
Mailbox Mail Flow Settings Based Reports
Mailbox mail flow settings based reports provides the option to filter the distribution groups by receive message size, accept and rejecting messages. Administrators can also filter the mailboxes that are accepting messages from particular senders and rejecting messages from particular senders.
Message Moderation Based Distribution Groups
This section provides the option to filter the distribution groups by its moderator approval mode and notification mode when messages aren't approved.
Distribution groups can be filtered by moderal approval required/not required, group owners as moderators, given moderators and verify email senders who do not require moderator approvals.
Also, the distribution groups can be filtered by the following cases: notify all the senders when the messages aren't approved, notify the senders in the organization when messages aren't approved and do not notify the senders when messages aren't approved.
Membership Approval Based Distribution Groups
This section provides the options to filter the distribution groups by its membership approval mode. Distribution groups can be filtered by members joining and lower mode.
Exchange Distribution List Reports
In this section, general, mail flow settings based, filter based exchange distribution list reports can be generated.
General reports section includes all distribution lists, hidden from exchange address list, send out of office message and send delivery reports those reports.
Mail flow settings based reports includes receive message size based distribution lists, accept messages from senders based distribution lists and reject messages from senders distribution lists reports.
Filter based reports includes filter includes all recipient types and filter includes specific recipient types reports.
Exchange Mail User Reports
In this section, general, mail flow settings based, account status based, security based and password based exchange mail user reports can be generated.
General reports section includes all mail users, hidden from exchange address list, enabled, disabled and locked mail user reports.
Mail flow settings based reports includes receive message size based mail users, accept messages from senders based mail users and reject messages from senders reports.
Exchange Mail Contact Reports
In this section, general, mail flow settings based, account status based and contact based exchange mail contact reports can be generated.
General reports section includes all mail contacts, hidden from exchange address list, MAPI rich text format enabled/disabled mail contacts reports.
Mail flow settings based reports includes receive message size based mail contacts, accept messages from senders based mail contacts and reject messages from senders mail contacts reports.
