Active Directory Computer Reports
Computer - General Reports
In this section, All Computers, Enabled/Disabled Computers reports can be generated. All the generated reports can be saved as CSV, PDF, EXCEL, DOC and HTML files.
All Users
All Computers report gives the detailed information about all the computers(including member servers, domain controllers and workstations) available in the selected container. More or less details(ldap attributes) can be generated on demand. From the generated reports, any computer can be selected and updated with the defined properties.
Enabled/Disabled Computers
Disabled Computers Reports gives list of computers in selected container that were disabled by Active Directory Administrators. Two decisions can be made at this point. First, select all the records available and click delete to cleanup all the disabled computers in the given scope to improve Active Directory Domain security. Second, particular records can be selected and enabled for Active Directory Access.
Computer - Security Based Reports
In this section, Computers protected from accidental deletion and Computers not protected from accidental deletion reports can be generated.
Users protected from accidental deletion
This report gives the detailed information about the list of computers protected from accidental deletion under the selected container. Active Directory Manager provides the option to set protection from accidental deletion for bulk computers in a single click. This will prevents the important workstations to be deleted while executing a bulk deletion script.
Computers not protected from accidental deletion
This report gives detailed information about the list of computers that are not protected from accidental deletion under the selected continer . Active Directory Manager provides the option to set protection from accidental deletion for bulk computers in a single click. This will prevents the important computers to be deleted while executing a bulk deletion script.
Computer - Logon Based Reports
In this section, Computers last logged on in the given duration and computers not logged on in the given duration reports can be generated.
Computers last logged on & not logged on for the given duration
This report gives detailed information about the list of computers that were logged on or not logged on to the Domain for the given duration under the selected container. Administrators can easily track which computers under the container are logged on or not logged on in last week/month. The computers being inactive for a long duration can be cleaned up here.
Computer - Manager Based Reports
In this section, Computers Managed by a Particular Manager and No Manager Defined Computers reports can be generated.
Computers Managed by a Particular Manager
Computers Managed by a Particular Manager report gives the detailed information about the list of computers that are managed by a selected manager under the selected container. Active Directory Manager provides the option to change the manager for set of bulk computers. All or particular records can be selected and set manager in few clicks.
No Manager Defined Computers
No Manager Defined computers report gives the detailed information about the list of computers that are not managed by any manager account under the selected container. Active Directory Manager provides the option to set the manager for set of bulk computers. All or particular records can be selected and set manager in few clicks.
Computer - Membership Based Reports
In this section, Computers present in a particular group and Computers not present in any group reports can be generated.
Computers Present in a Particular Group
Computers Present in a Particular Group report gives the detailed information about the list of computers under the selected container that present in the selected group. Active Directory Manager provides the option to join groups and dis-join groups for set of bulk computers. All or particular records can be selected and joined/dis-joined to/from bulk groups.
Computers not Present in any Group
Computers not Present in any Group report gives the detailed information about the list of computers under the selected container that are not present in any group. Active Directory Manager provides the option to join groups and dis-join groups for set of bulk computers. All or particular records can be selected and joined/dis-joined to/from bulk groups.
Computer - Account Status Based Reports
In this section, Computers created and not created in a duration, Computers last modified in a given duration, Computers not modified in a given duration, All deleted Computers and Deleted Computers by Advanced options reports can be generated.
Computers Created/Modified in a Duration
This report gives detailed information about the list of computers under the selected container that were created or not created in the given duration. Using this report, Administrators can easily track the computers by its created date. Also Administrators can easily track the computers using last modified date.
All Deleted Computers
All Deleted Computers report gives detailed information about the list of all the deleted computers in the Domain. Active Directory Manager provides the simple option to restore the deleted computers in a single click. Normally the restored computers will not have any attributes set. Active Directory Manager provides the option set membership and more properties while restoring the computers. So that, the restored computers are immediately allowed to access the Active Directory resources.
Deleted Computers by Advanced options
Deleted Computers by Advanced options report gives detailed information about the list of deleted computers from particular containers and in particular duration. Active Directory Manager provides the advanced option to restore the deleted computers in a single click. Active Directory Manager provides the option to restore the deleted computers to different container where the last known parent is not available. Normally the restored computers will not have any attributes set . Active Directory Manager provides the option set membership and more properties while restoring the computers. so that, the restored computers are immediately allowed to access the Active Directory resources.
