Active Directory Contact Reports
Contact - General Reports
In this section, All Contacts report can be generated. The generated reports can be saved as CSV, PDF, EXCEL, DOC and HTML files.
All Contacts
All Contacts report gives the detailed information about all the contacts available in the selected container. More or less details(ldap attributes) can be generated on demand. From the generated reports, any contact can be selected and updated with the defined properties.
Contact - Security Based Reports
In this section, Contacts protected from accidental deletion and Contacts not protected from accidental deletion reports can be generated.
Contacts protected from accidental deletion
This report gives detailed information about the list of contacts under the selected continer that are protected from accidental deletion. Active Directory Manager provides the option to set protection from accidental deletion for bulk contacts in a single click. This will prevents the important contacts to be deleted while executing a bulk deletion script.
Contacts not protected from accidental deletion
This report gives detailed information about the list of contacts under the selected continer that are not protected from accidental deletion. Active Directory Manager provides the option to set protection from accidental deletion for bulk contacts in a single click. This will prevents the important contacts to be deleted while executing a bulk deletion script.
Contact - Manager Based Reports
In this section, Contacts Managed by a Particular Manager and No Manager Defined Contacts reports can be generated.
Users Managed by a Particular Manager
Contacts Managed by a Particular Manager report gives detailed information about the list of contacts under the selected container that are managed by a selected manager. Active Directory Manager provides the option to change the manager for set of bulk contacts. All or particular records can be selected and change manager in few clicks.
No Manager Defined Users
No Manager Defined Contacts report gives detailed information about the list of contacts under the selected container that are not managed by any manager account. Active Directory Manager provides the option to set the manager for set of bulk contacts. All or particular records can be selected and set manager in few clicks.
Contact - Membership Based Reports
In this section, Contacts present in a particular group and Contacts not present in any group reports can be generated.
Contacts Present in a Particular Group
Contacts Present in a Particular Group report gives the detailed information about the list of contacts under the selected container that are present in the given group. Active Directory Manager provides the option to join groups and dis-join groups for set of bulk contacts. All or particular records can be selected and joined/dis-joined to/from bulk groups.
Contacts not Present in any Group
Contacts not Present in any Group report gives the detailed information about the list of contacts under the selected container that are not present in any group. Active Directory Manager provides the option to join groups and dis-join groups for set of bulk contacts. All or particular records can be selected and joined/dis- joined to/from bulk groups.
Contact - Account Status Based Reports
In this section, Contacts created and not created in a duration, Contacts last modified in a given duration, Contacts not modified in a given duration, All deleted Contacts and Deleted Contacts by Advanced options reports can be generated.
Contacts Created/Modified in a Duration
This report gives detailed information about the list of contacts under the selected container that were created or not created in given duration. Using this report, Administrators can easily track the contacts by its created date. Also Administrators can easily track the contacts using last modified date.
All Deleted Contacts
All Deleted Contacts report gives the detailed information about the list of all the deleted contacts in the Domain. Active Directory Manager provides the simple option to restore the deleted contacts in a single click. Normally the restored contacts will not have any attributes set. Active Directory Manager provides the option to set membership and more properties while restoring the contacts.
Deleted Contacts by Advanced options
Deleted Contacts by Advanced options report gives the detailed information about the list of deleted contacts from particular containers and in particular duration. Active Directory Manager provides the advanced option to restore the deleted contacts in a single click. Active Directory Manager provides the option to restore the deleted contacts to different container where the last known parent is not available. Normally the restored contacts will not have any attributes set. Active Directory Manager provides the option set membership and more properties while restoring the contacts.
